Store Manager - Biltema - Remote - Global

We are looking for an experienced retail professional to become the Store Manager at our new Biltema store in Joensuu. The Store Manager will independently and profitably oversee the daily operations of the store according to Biltema's concept. The core responsibilities include customer satisfaction, sales growth, and excellent results. You will build your own team by actively participating in recruitment and be responsible for staff well-being, development, and creating an inspiring work environment. The role requires a commercial education or extensive management experience, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work independently under pressure. Flexibility to work all shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends is necessary. Finnish, English, and Swedish language skills are considered an advantage.
