IFS Copperleaf is seeking a dynamic and strategic Commercial Lead to drive our commercial operations and ensure alignment with business objectives. In this role, you will own the pricing and commercial strategy for our asset investment planning solutions, playing a pivotal part in optimizing revenue streams, customer relationships, and operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, finance, sales, and marketing to develop and execute strategies that support growth in a SaaS environment. This role requires travel every quarter to Vancouver, London, and other locations. Key Responsibilities include developing and maintaining the price book, leading pricing strategy, owning the commercial strategy, partnering with product teams, analyzing financial impacts, collaborating with sales and marketing, overseeing renewals, maintaining renewals database, ensuring customer compliance, leading contract structuring and negotiations, conducting market research, analyzing competitor offerings, and generating insights. Qualifications include proven SaaS experience, strong data analysis skills, finance or accounting background, excellent collaboration skills, strong problem-solving abilities, a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field, and 5+ years of relevant experience. Additional benefits include a salary range of $150,000 to $200,000 plus bonus, flexible paid time off, insurance, 401K, tuition assistance, and community involvement.
