Experienced bookkeeper / accounting specialist (0 - 100% remote)

Tilikaakko is a suitably sized accounting firm that meets clients’ needs professionally and quickly and offers a relaxed and flexible work environment. A sign of satisfaction is that no client or employee has left since 2023. We also received the Fennoa Office of the Year 2025 award. We want to hire the seventh employee to respond to growing demand. The hired person will not be putting out fires in the middle of rush, but will start with a moderate client load and gradually take on new clients. Requirements: - At least 5 years of experience in an accounting firm - Excellent Finnish spoken and written language skills - Possible quiet workspace for remote work We hope for: - KLT qualification or equivalent expertise - Experience with Fennoa We offer: - Permanent position in a pleasant and helpful work community - Possibility to expand into team leader or office manager duties - Possibility to work remotely - Possibility to agree on part-time work Recruitment will make the bookkeeping team four-person.
