We are looking for a warm-hearted and professional practical nurse for a permanent position in the community living unit Ruusu! As a practical nurse, you support residents in their daily activities and help them live a personalized, active, and meaningful life. Your tasks include: - Client-centered care: Assisting and guiding clients in their daily routines, considering individual needs and wishes. - Implementation of care procedures: Carrying out care according to the service and care plan and monitoring clients' condition, responding to changes professionally. - Medication administration: Dispensing medications and ensuring medication management is performed according to unit instructions. - Documentation: Maintaining accurate and high-quality client records and ensuring data protection. - Supporting community spirit: Being present and creating a safe and comfortable environment for residents, participating in activity planning and implementation. What do we expect from you? We require you to have practical nurse training and genuine interest in working with the elderly. We value responsible and proactive work attitude, good cooperation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You must have the qualification required for medication management or be ready to complete it promptly after starting employment. Additionally, a hygiene passport and fluent Finnish skills, both spoken and written, are required. What do we offer?
