We are now looking for a practical nurse for the centralized home care services in Loviisa assessment team for the period from 1.6.2025 (or as agreed) to 30.9.2025. Job description In the assessment team, you will work as part of the centralized home care services. The work involves evaluating clients' service needs and supporting their ability to manage at home and their functional capacity. The work is mobile, responsible, and independent, but you will be supported by a skilled and encouraging team. Requirements from applicants * Practical nurse qualification * Good Finnish language skills and spoken Swedish skills * Valid LOVE, GER1, and Pain medication licenses * Driver's license * Experience in home care is considered an advantage.
