Job Description We are currently seeking a Product Manager for a permanent position in the Data, AI, and Digital Services responsibility area within IT Management, specifically in the Research and Reporting System Services unit. In the Data, AI, and Digital Services unit, we develop the future of healthcare. Our mission is to make healthcare more efficient and impactful, creating value through data. Our team includes top professionals in data, artificial intelligence, data management, research, and digital development in diverse roles such as data engineers, analysts, development managers, product and service managers, and data architects. We believe that the future of social and health services (sote) is built on data! The Research and Reporting System Services unit employs 10 experts in scientific research systems, data, and analytics. Our unit provides information system services to support scientific research and education activities and is responsible for services under the Act on the Secondary Use of Health and Social Data. Our systems manage research data throughout its lifecycle, from research permit processes to data sharing, analysis, and preservation. Our unit enables high-quality national and international scientific research. In this role, you will act as a Product Manager responsible for developing and maintaining a secure, compliant environment in accordance with the Act on the Secondary Use of Health and Social Data. You will influence how research data is utilized securely, efficiently, and internationally competitively as part of Finland's largest specialized healthcare provider. This is a unique opportunity to participate in developing a secure, compliant research environment in a continuously evolving organization. Success in this role requires: * Experience in developing and maintaining data or analytics platforms, research environments, or similar IT services * Understanding of data and IT environment architecture and principles of database and analytics solutions * Ability to act as a product manager and guide service development with experts and suppliers * Knowledge of data security, data protection, and regulatory requirements in research and data environments * Ability to see broad entities and prioritize development needs * Good interaction and collaboration skills, with the ability to work at the interface of researchers and IT experts * Self-directed and solution-oriented work approach, with readiness to learn quickly in a rapidly developing environment * Ability to communicate clearly in Finnish and English * Willingness to develop research-enabling data and analytics services.
