Job Description
The IT Contracts Management Specialist is a member of Avery Dennison’s global IT Sourcing and Vendor Management (ITSVM) Shared Services team. You will work with stakeholders in the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific regions, focusing on strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, contract drafting, and providing support to IT Sourcing Managers across all types of IT contracts. Responsibilities include balancing daily operations and strategic projects, delivering global IT sourcing strategies, negotiating contracts, drafting commercial terms, facilitating approvals, managing post-execution contract systems, and supporting vendor management processes. The role involves cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration with stakeholders, IT Sourcing Managers, and finance teams.
