Job Description
GOS GROUP OYJ – IS LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED PAYROLL SPECIALIST We are seeking a payroll professional with experience in payroll processing within an accounting firm environment, a desire to strengthen their expertise, and to develop further as a specialist. In this role, you will participate in interesting payroll tasks within a great team and serve clients from various industries. We encourage and support your opportunities to develop your skills in payroll administration. What does the job involve? Your tasks include payroll processing, reporting, and consulting on clients' diverse daily questions. Your work duties will be specified according to your skills. In this role, you will manage payroll accounts in different systems and develop expertise in payroll-related issues, including international matters. We expect you to have experience in payroll processing from various industries. Bring an enthusiastic attitude and a desire to learn more about the field and systems, which will be reflected in your work style. We hope you are proactive and capable of learning new systems. Additionally, we value flexibility and helpfulness as a team player, along with excellent customer service skills and a genuine desire to assist your clients. We hope the applicant has: A positive, cheerful, and proactive attitude in the team. Several years of experience in payroll administration. Suitable education, a PHT degree is considered an advantage. Experience with Mepco, Procountor, Netvisor, and Fennoa systems is considered an advantage. A genuine attitude to learn new things. Good IT skills and Excel proficiency. Customer-oriented, precise, and responsible work approach. Fluent Finnish language skills for customer service, and skills in English or other languages are considered an advantage. Your team and future colleagues work in comfortable premises in central locations in Turku Kupittaa, Tampere, Oulu, and Helsinki city center. We work flexibly in a hybrid model, both at the office and remotely, with weekly visits to the office. You can choose the office location that best suits your situation. In this role, your primary workplace will be in Oulu or Turku, but you can work occasionally in both or additionally in Tampere or Helsinki.
