About the role and team This is a role with great development potential, influence, and various challenges along the way. You will work closely with the head of the Legal Insurance team and other lawyer colleagues in your team; a legal environment with high competence and a busy workday. The legal delivery can vary in breadth; towards the corporate segment and company law, employment law, general contract law, construction law, real estate law (especially housing cooperatives/condominiums, tenancy law), as well as agricultural-related questions. We also advise our clients on consumer law, family law, inheritance, and estate matters. To succeed in this role, you must definitely enjoy direct customer contact. Our clients need practical and efficient legal assistance; quick, professional, and solution-oriented strategic advice is part of the customer expectations we promise to meet every day. Your tasks include legal advice and assistance to our corporate and private clients, participation in marketing and sales activities internally and externally, participation in further development of our legal advisory services, and social participation in Large, Complex and International Claims, If Damage Insurance, Norway. You also have: A lawyer or legal background, preferably with more than 2 years of experience and strong professional qualifications in one or more of the key areas we serve; employment law, general contract law, construction, real estate law (especially housing cooperatives/condominiums, tenancy law), corporate law, and agricultural-related questions, as well as family law, inheritance, estate, and consumer law.
