We are currently hiring a project coordinator for building services electrical contracting in a permanent position. As a project coordinator, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of electrical projects at customer sites, working together with project managers. Your tasks include managing designated projects, procurement, planning work phases, schedules, and resources, as well as project forecasting and reporting. You will lead work efficiently and cost-effectively, acting as an encouraging supervisor for installers. In project business, we implement smart building services technology in new and renovation construction projects, ensuring energy-efficient spaces and comfortable indoor conditions for end-users, all delivered cost-effectively. We expect applicants to have: - Suitable technical education, e.g., electrical engineer/technician - Experience enabling independent work in similar roles - Comprehensive understanding of building services technology - Experience in supervisory roles - Good communication and teamwork skills We value results-oriented individuals with good collaboration and leadership skills. You are accustomed to working independently, planning, organizing, and managing your activities. You can take responsibility for your team’s operations and achieving goals.
