We are looking for an experienced catering staff member for our client's event venue to work on a freelance basis at celebrations and formal events. The work environment includes a variety of events such as banquets, seated dinners, cocktail receptions, seminars, and other occasions that require adherence to strict schedules and pre-arranged plans. The duties of the catering staff vary depending on the event and include banquet and dinner service, cocktail and formal event catering, seminar and coffee service, and buffet maintenance. The work also involves setting tables, preparing the venue, following the event schedule, and possibly cleaning up and tidying after the event. Shifts are available in the morning and evening, and shifts can be chosen for any day of the week. You can select the shifts that suit you best from the available options. We are seeking a person with experience in event venues or other catering roles. Additionally, familiarity with the requirements, rhythm, and service level of formal events is preferred.
