We are looking for earthworks workers for the upcoming season starting in spring! Do you enjoy working outdoors and physical, varied work? Do you have experience with demanding municipal technical tasks or challenging ground construction sites? Job Description We are seeking experienced earthworks workers for our client’s infrastructure sites in Uusimaa for the upcoming earthworks season. We are looking for workers familiar with interpreting images, using pipe and laser levels, and installing various pipes. Work sites vary from residential foundation work to municipal infrastructure and drainage excavation, so diverse experience from different sites is a plus. Work will begin as weather permits, estimated around March-April, and good workers will have employment until the end of the season. Salary is based on previous experience and professional skills. If you meet the following criteria, you may be the person we are looking for: Experience in the earthworks industry – we seek a professional who works efficiently without supervision Valid professional certificates (safety card and Tieturvakortti) – if not, these must be obtained before starting work Good Finnish language skills – the work supervisor communicates in Finnish High work ethic – work is independent, and you are responsible for your work quality Good social skills – able to work well with others even in challenging situations Employee Promise Whether your vision of working life is clear or still taking shape, we support both.
