Job Description

We are looking for individuals inspired by sales with a strong desire to develop, to represent our partners in customer acquisition. We offer quality training and ongoing coaching to help you succeed in your work. The customer acquisition role is designed to be clear and meaningful. As you develop, you have the opportunity to advance to sales supervisory roles. As a customer acquisition specialist, you will focus on new and existing customers of carefully selected partners. You will represent the brand voice of the company and tailor campaigns for previous customers. Customer databases are targeted, so you will always know who to call and why. Your work plays a significant role in growing the business of well-known companies. Your goals will evolve with your learning. The most important thing for us is that you have a positive attitude and perseverance, with enthusiasm and motivation to develop, even into responsibilities. We value a background in customer service or sales. Basic computer skills are essential, and fluent Finnish language skills and quick learning are required. Our working hours are typically weekdays from 8:45 to 16:00, including a 30-minute lunch break and three coffee breaks. Our office is located in the city center with good transportation connections. A guaranteed salary provides security. Due to commissions and bonuses, you can expect a salary of approximately €2,000/month after the first month, with potential growth to €3,000-4,000/month. We also have ongoing contests for trips abroad, events, bonuses, and gift cards. You can learn to calculate your earnings based on your success, and we review this weekly together.
