We are seeking a customer-oriented and development-focused Service Delivery Manager for our Hardware Services division. The role involves managing global device deliveries and Device Lifecycle Management services, combining operational service responsibility, customer management, and continuous development of lifecycle services. You will work in the Customer Lifecycle & Operations team, shaping scalable, data-driven, and digitalized service models. Responsibilities include customer and service management, overseeing device lifecycle services, leading operational delivery, coordinating international device deliveries, and developing services and automation. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, support sales, and lead in a multi-actor environment. Requirements include experience in IT service delivery management, understanding of supply chains and lifecycle services, leadership skills, customer and stakeholder management, analytical mindset, fluency in Finnish and English, and interest in digitalization and automation.
