The Lapland wellbeing services county is seeking a health centre physician for a permanent official position in Simo/Kemi. Come and be part of a positive and committed work community in a small town! Start date as agreed. The position is well-suited, for example, for completing the YEK phase (general medicine specialization) or for a specialist in general medicine. Your job description includes diverse health centre physician work in a small, pleasant health centre under the guidance of experienced specialists. There is an opportunity to include work at the primary health care ward in Kemi. At the Lapland wellbeing services county, our sites are appropriately sized and human-scale. The eligibility requirement is the right to practice the medical profession as a licensed professional in accordance with Section 4 of the Act on Health Care Professionals (559/1994). Salary and terms of employment are determined according to the Physician's Agreement (Lääkärisopimus). The position is subject to a 6-month probationary period. Fluent oral and written skills in Finnish are required. Regarding staff vaccination protection, we follow the vaccination protection required by the nature of the work and the Communicable Diseases Act. The employer also has the right to request and receive a certificate regarding a drug test (13.8.2004/759 Section 7).
