Neuroliitto's Service House Merenpisara is located in Helsinki's Arabianranta. The service house provides long-term housing, assistant services, and day activities. Our clients mainly have neurological progressive diseases (e.g., MS). We are now seeking a proactive and independent worker PERSONAL ASSISTANT, start as soon as possible As a personal assistant, you will help clients both at home and outside the home. Your work supports the client's participation by assisting with household chores, errands, hobbies, and leisure activities. Our clients live in Service House Merenpisara, and our nurses handle most needs related to hygiene, dressing, and eating. Assistants only assist with these tasks when necessary and mainly outside the house. We hope you have good communication skills and proficiency in Finnish. Previous experience in disability work, acting as a personal assistant, or healthcare is considered an advantage. A hygiene passport and first aid training are also beneficial. The work is primarily daytime work on weekdays and weekends (about one weekend per three-week period). Salary is according to the Private Social Services Sector G17.
