Hello care assistant! Join the versatile and skilled team at Pihlajakoti in Turku! We are now looking for a casual care assistant for elderly residents at Pihlajakoti. At Yrjö ja Hanna Hoiva, care assistants are responsible for the overall well-being of residents and its monitoring. Guidance and rehabilitative care are important parts of the care assistant's work in this role. The work is available in two shifts, but as a casual worker, you can influence your own shifts. Pihlajakoti is known for its friendly and lively atmosphere. We work with elderly people, people with developmental disabilities, disabilities, and mental health rehabilitants, so you will work in a very diverse environment. Valid medication training and hygiene passport are an advantage. We will check the necessary health and criminal record certificates as per infectious disease laws 48§ and 55§. We expect fluent spoken and written Finnish skills, at least B1.1 level according to the language test. Salary is based on the Private Social Services Sector Collective Agreement (table salary 14.82 €/h – 16.03 €/h).
