We are looking for personal assistants for Mehiläinen Kotipalvelut in Ikaalisiin for gig-based employment. The work involves assisting clients with daily tasks such as household chores, shopping, and hobbies outside the home. The work is relaxed, and you can concretely improve the client’s daily life. No prior experience is required as attitude is what matters. The supervisor is the client or their authorized person, and the employer is Mehiläinen. We consider your preferences and aim to find clients with good transport links close to you. We also strive to find long-term familiar clients for each employee. Applicants must be of legal age, speak Finnish at least B1 level, be trustworthy, proactive, and have a friendly, customer-oriented attitude. During recruitment, a criminal record extract for working with the elderly and disabled must be provided. The hourly wage in the Helsinki metropolitan area is €12.79–€14.06, depending on experience. Additional pay applies for evenings (+15%), nights (+40%), Saturdays (+25%), Sundays (+100%), and a 9% holiday bonus.
