Job Description

We are currently seeking a Service Manager to oversee the comprehensive delivery of home-based professional services in the Central Ostrobothnia, Ostrobothnia, and South Ostrobothnia regions. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for the service provision of Onni home care in the Central Ostrobothnia, Ostrobothnia, and South Ostrobothnia regions. The role is diverse, combining leadership, financial responsibility, contract management, and development of social and health care services. You will lead regionally distributed teams, ensure smooth and high-quality service delivery, and systematically promote growth and customer development within the service area. You will act as a supervisor for team leaders and support staff success. Participate in expanding your service area, be part of the Onni home care management team, and report to the Business Director. Utilize data and various systems to support management, and reporting is a natural part of your daily work. You succeed in this role if you have experience in leading personnel and business operations in social and health care services. You hold a higher education degree in social and health care, understand the daily operations of service production, and recognize the importance of the public sector as a partner. You can motivate people around shared goals and drive initiatives to completion. Proven experience in customer development and operational growth is required. Swedish language skills are an advantage. We especially value experience in leading social and health care services in the private social sector and home-based services. The role requires mobility within the region and face-to-face meetings with teams. Initially, work will be conducted at least two days a week from the Seinäjoki or Vaasa office.
