We are currently looking for 1-2 new employees to join the growing team at Darekon's Klaukkala production facility's welding department. The tasks include MIG and TIG welding of thin sheet metal, robotic welding, and metal grinding work. Currently, work is performed on weekdays in two shifts, but we hope applicants are open to three-shift work as well. The work will start as soon as possible according to the agreement. You can succeed in this role if you have at least a couple of years of work experience and skills in MIG and TIG welding. We also appreciate some experience with welding robots, but programming skills are not required. Additionally, we expect fluent Finnish language skills, good teamwork skills, and a high work ethic. The employment begins with temporary staffing, after which you may have the opportunity to be employed directly by Darekon in a permanent position. During the entire temporary employment, you will have access to private occupational health services and support from a dedicated contact person. The salary is at least in accordance with the Technology Industry's collective agreement, but negotiable based on your skills and previous experience. Interested?
