As an accounting secretary, your duties include managing accounts payable and receivable, sending payment reminders and debt collection, as well as other financial administration tasks. Additionally, you will handle payroll for teachers and other personnel administration tasks. Success in this role requires careful and precise work, independence, and the ability to collaborate in various situations. Qualifications for the position include a suitable lower university degree or vocational qualification and relevant work experience. Good IT skills and experience with financial and payroll systems are considered an advantage.
