Job Description
As a Chief Social Worker at Vakehyva, you will lead a team of 11 social workers in child and adult social services, overseeing family mediation, investigations, and meeting services. You will be responsible for personnel management, service quality, and strategic planning in accordance with the regional and departmental strategies. The role requires a social worker qualification, experience in leadership within child and family social services, excellent communication skills in Finnish and satisfactory skills in Swedish, and the ability to work collaboratively in networks. The position is based in Vantaa, with a salary of 4532.23 EUR/month plus experience-based bonuses. The role is full-time, permanent, and on-site.
