We are now looking for a full-time electrical project manager in Turku. We offer a diverse and responsible role where you will lead electrical projects from start to finish. You will benefit from established organizational practices, an experienced expert team, and colleagues across Finland. You will work on new construction and renovation projects, such as data centers, commercial properties, and municipal facilities. Your daily tasks include: Planning, managing, and coordinating electrical projects; Leading project teams and supervising personnel; Managing procurement processes in collaboration with the purchasing team; Handling change and additional work processes; Overall responsibility for the technical, financial, and schedule success of projects. You will likely enjoy working at Caverion if you have: Experience in leading electrical projects; Relevant education (e.g., electrical engineer or technician) and a desire to develop your skills; A valid driver’s license (B) and electrical safety card; A determined and goal-oriented work approach with the ability to successfully complete projects; Good collaboration and communication skills, and the ability to lead a team and work smoothly with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders; Willingness to travel and work on assignments as needed. Additionally, experience in contracting projects in data centers, industry, or commercial and office building construction is valued.
