Requirements
- Relevant university degree (e.g., accounting, finance, or business administration)
- Several years of experience as a business controller or similar financial expert
- Strong understanding of commercial profitability, pricing, and margin formation
- Experience in product, hardware, wholesale, retail, or distribution business
- Understanding of inventory management, supply chain, and working capital optimization
- Understanding of various financing models
- Strong analytical skills and ability to derive key conclusions from financial data
- Excellent Excel skills and experience with reporting and BI tools
- Experience utilizing ERP systems
- Ability to produce clear reporting for various stakeholders
- Fluent in Finnish and English
