Would you like to perform demanding individual part machining in a close-knit and relaxed team, during day shifts? We are looking for an experienced PROGRAMMING-SKILLED CNC TURNER for a long-term position in a well-established and growth-oriented company in Kangasala. The work involves CNC and manual turning (Haas ST - 30Y CNC Lathe, Bulmak CU630) and, if necessary, the use of machining centers and other machines. The manufactured parts are primarily custom-made, one-off pieces, so the work is highly varied. The sizes and materials of the parts also vary. The role includes programming the machines. Wire CAD/CAM software is used. After training, the work is quite autonomous, so a few years of experience is preferred. The position offers: - Very diverse and varied machining - Regular working hours on weekdays from 6:30 to 15:00 - Permanent employment - Relaxed work environment The role requires: - Previous experience in CNC and manual turning - Programming skills in CAD/CAM - Ability to read technical drawings - Ability to respond quickly to changing situations Work is performed on weekdays, 40 hours per week. The employment terms are based on the industrial sector collective agreement. The salary is determined by experience, approximately €15–17 per hour. Work begins as agreed once a suitable candidate is found. The employment starts with a fixed-term agency contract, after which the client company prefers to hire a talented individual permanently into their team.
