Construction Site Manager for Ostrobothnia - Maanrakennus Jari Knuuttila Oy - KeyStaff Oy

KeyStaff Oy is seeking a Construction Site Manager for our client Maanrakennus Jari Knuuttila in a permanent, full-time position in the Vaasa-Seinäjoki-Kauhava area. Extensive industry experience is reflected in the quality of operations and the ability to manage projects systematically from start to finish. We are looking for an experienced professional in earthworks with practical skills and the ability to lead construction sites comprehensively. Responsibilities of the Construction Site Manager include managing construction sites and implementing plans, scheduling, resource management, coordinating work phases, supervising subcontractors and partners, ensuring safety and quality standards on site, budgeting and cost tracking, communicating with clients, designers, and authorities, and maintaining site diaries and other documentation. Qualifications we expect include previous experience as a Construction Site Manager or similar supervisory role in earthworks, relevant education (e.g., construction engineer, construction foreman degree, or equivalent), good project management and organizational skills, strong knowledge of earthworks methods, machinery, and materials, suitable IT skills (e.g., MS Office, site diaries, accounting software), good communication and negotiation skills, and team leadership ability, fluent Finnish language skills; regional knowledge is an advantage, and a driver’s license (B). Additional advantages include experience in contract cost estimation and budgeting, occupational safety training and safety card, and experience in groundwork, road and water construction, or municipal engineering. We offer permanent, full-time employment in a stable and developing company, opportunity to influence project execution and process development, professional work community and supportive supervisors, salary based on experience and skills, approximately €4000-€5000/month, and work tasks along the Kauhajoki-Seinäjoki-Vaasa axis; travel between sites is part of the role.
