We are currently recruiting multiple motivated MIG/MAG welders for our client in Forssa for long-term and full-time employment. Our client is an internationally operating contract manufacturer employing over 900 people in Finland and Estonia. The company offers a variety of manufacturing services, including mechanical and electronic production, as well as its own products for industrial needs. Your workday will include diverse MIG/MAG welding of different machine parts and components, with material thicknesses ranging from 3 to 12 mm. Materials include stainless steel and acid-resistant steels, and the parts are manufactured according to strict quality requirements. The working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, during day shifts. However, we hope you are also prepared for possible 2-shift work in the future. Your employment will follow the Industry's collective agreement. We appreciate experience in MIG/MAG welding, ability to read technical drawings, and a proactive and diligent work attitude. We offer you a long-term and stable position working on diverse welding tasks in a modern and developing work environment. You will receive comprehensive training for your tasks, supported by experienced colleagues and supervisors. Our client emphasizes safety at work and continuous development, and you will have the opportunity to influence process improvements if you wish. After the training period, you may also have access to piecework pay. The employment begins as a fixed-term contract through WorkPower, after which you are expected to stay on as a permanent employee with the client.
