Job Description
We are looking for a recent graduate or someone with initial experience (including internships) to join our operations team. The main goal of this role is to provide operational and analytical support at the production plant, directly assisting the Senior Planner. Key responsibilities include supporting planning and MPS, monitoring raw material and packaging material availability, updating production data in ERP/Excel, tracking production orders in real-time, validating online inventories, reporting shortages, and consolidating KPIs. The role involves communication between planning and production supervisors, identifying process improvement opportunities, and supporting operational functions. Requirements include a degree in Industrial Engineering (graduated or last semester), proficiency in Microsoft Office, 6 months to 1 year of experience, knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Oracle), understanding of supply chain in ERP, analytical and organized personality, customer service focus, teamwork ability, self-management, and results orientation. English is desirable but not essential.
