Job Description
Orkla Home & Personal Care (HPC) is a leading company developing, producing, and marketing brands within detergents, hygiene, and cosmetics. The factory in Ski has 7 production lines and about 40 employees. The operator role involves operating and monitoring production lines, process equipment, and material flow, contributing to stable operation, quality, and continuous improvement. The work includes automated and manual operations, physical effort, and shift work. Candidates should have practical and technical understanding, experience in industry, knowledge of Lean/TPM and 5S, and good communication skills in Scandinavian languages.
