We are now seeking a teacher for the Ope+ role at Pilke Sarvvik in Kirkkonummi. The position begins on August 3, 2026. Pilke Nature Daycare Sarvvik is a nature-oriented daycare located on the border of Kirkkonummi and Espoo, in the heart of Sarvvik, surrounded by nature, 2 kilometers from Kivenlahti metro station. Our daycare offers high-quality, child-centered early childhood education for children aged 0-5. Our spacious facilities provide ample space for movement and play, as well as quiet and calm small-group activities. Our daycare is homely and safe for all children to grow and develop at their own pace. Everyone in the daycare, children and adults alike, are familiar with each other, and activities are tailored to individual skills. In a small daycare, it is easy to start the journey with familiar and trusted adults. Would you like to influence the entire unit's pedagogy, many children's lives, and early years through your work? In the new Ope+ role, you will work as an early childhood educator in a group, and additionally, you will be responsible for pedagogical development tasks affecting the entire unit. As an early childhood educator in the Ope+ role, you support and promote children's growth, development, and learning. You understand the contents of early childhood education plans and can implement them practically. You plan, evaluate, and develop the pedagogical activities of the unit or entire daycare, ensuring the implementation of quality pedagogy in collaboration with the management team. You have a strong pedagogical approach, a positive and active attitude, good interaction skills, and the ability to genuinely connect with children.
