Join a multidisciplinary team for the summer, where well-being is at the core. We are looking for practical nurses for the following units: - Visiitti, Kaarina - Valmankartano, Lieto (recruitment bonus available, 8% of task-specific salary) - Birgittakoti, Naantali (recruitment bonus available, 8% of task-specific salary) - Malmkulla, Parainen (recruitment bonus available, 8% of task-specific salary) - Halikkokoti, Salo (recruitment bonus available, 8% of task-specific salary) - Kuunari, Uusikaupunki Your tasks As a practical nurse, you will work with rehabilitative approaches with the elderly in various units providing rehabilitation and assessment services. The goal is to support clients in living at home. The work is diverse and based on individual plans and goals. Your responsibilities include implementing rehabilitation plans, providing basic and medication care, daily documentation, and preparing care/service plans. What we expect from you We expect a rehabilitative approach and a desire to work with the elderly, a valid LOVe medication license, familiarity with RAI assessment tools, and good IT skills. The role requires good spoken and written Finnish. In Malmkulla, good Swedish language skills are additionally required.
