We are looking for spotters for a data center construction site located in Masala, Kirkkonummi, to coordinate internal lifting operations. We are seeking spotters for our client at a construction site situated between Kirkkonummi and Espoo in Masala. The primary responsibility of the spotter is to monitor and participate in the lifting of large HVAC ducts and pipes, and to observe the movements of machinery and personnel on site to ensure safety. Previous experience as a spotter is not mandatory, but experience in operating or supervising various machinery and lifts on construction sites is advantageous. The site is multinational, and proficiency in Finnish plus either English or Polish is required. Work begins around March-April, weather permitting, with long-term opportunities for suitable candidates, especially those able to travel between different data centers in Uusimaa. Work involves extended hours during peak season (9-10 hours/day on weekdays, with some Saturday work), and overtime is compensated according to the collective agreement.
