Rental Worker / Salesperson - Äkäslompolo Sport Shop Oy - Kolari, Finland

We are looking for an energetic and customer-oriented seasonal worker for the rental shop and ski sales for the spring season. If you are passionate about winter sports, enjoy interacting with customers, and want to be part of a professional team, you might be the person we are looking for! Tasks include: Customer service in the rental shop: fitting equipment, rentals, receiving returns, and providing guidance. Sales and expert guidance for customers regarding skis and other winter sports equipment. Equipment maintenance and refurbishment (basic level). Ensuring the general cleanliness and comfort of the store. Cashier duties. What we hope for: Genuine interest in winter sports (especially cross-country skiing). Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team even during busy periods. Flexibility in working hours (seasonal work). Good proficiency in Finnish and English. Other language skills (e.g., Swedish, German, French) are a plus. Previous experience in sales or rental work is considered an advantage, and bicycle maintenance skills are also a plus.
