You’ll collaborate closely with consulting teams, candidates, universities, and recruiting colleagues across the region to support recruiting and employer branding initiatives in Finland. We are looking for a Recruiting Specialist to support recruiting efforts for our Helsinki office on a 12-month fixed-term contract starting as soon as possible. In this role, you’ll help attract, engage, and hire top talent for Associate Consultant and internship roles while managing employer branding activities and supporting Bain’s presence at leading academic institutions across Finland.
