In your work at the checkout, you are often the last person the customer meets. Your task is to ensure that a good feeling and a delightful memory are taken along - that's why your role is particularly meaningful and you can influence our customers' everyday lives. Your duties include noticing and greeting customers, as well as handling purchases and payment transactions smoothly and carefully at the line or self-service checkout. You ensure that the customer gets all the benefits, products are neatly displayed and the store is cozy. It is important to us that we work in close cooperation across department boundaries in the store. In practice, this means that people from department work rush to help at the checkout during rush hour and people from the checkout help those doing department work, so that we can quickly get great novelties out of the load to delight our customers.
