Job Description
The Prime Minister's Office is seeking a Leading Specialist starting 1 October 2026 or by agreement. The position is a joint office position located in the Readiness Unit, Security Group. The tasks of the Readiness Unit include, among other things, compiling a common security situation picture for the Government and its ministries, coordinating the management of disruptive situations, preparing for exceptional circumstances and disruptions, directing and coordinating common security, and security services. The duties of the Leading Specialist include supporting the direction and coordination of common security for the Government and its ministries, as well as security services for the Government and its ministries. The Leading Specialist coordinates, implements, and develops monitoring and guarding services for the Government and its ministry properties, as well as the Government's security inspector activities. The Leading Specialist participates in the preparation and implementation of the Government's common preparedness and disruption management plans regarding security arrangements, as well as the planning, implementation, and development of the Prime Minister's Office's readiness exercises regarding security. The role includes security planning, implementation, and development for special Government events, as well as participating in the drafting and training of Government security instructions. The Leading Specialist participates in the implementation and development of the Government's security services, the formation of the security situation picture, cooperation with working and stakeholder groups, as well as projects and development initiatives. The Leading Specialist serves as the deputy for the Prime Minister's Office Security Manager.
