We are currently hiring two nurses for permanent positions. Welcome to Rinnekodit Tuulikantele! Tuulikannel is a 30-place unit in Helsinki Malminkartano. We have three teams: Nooni, Lyyra, and Tempo, each with 10 client places. Our clients are developmentally disabled and on the autism spectrum. They have diverse needs, some require activity guidance and others physical assistance in daily activities. The work in our unit is varied due to the diverse client base. As a nurse, you will work in a multidisciplinary team as an expert in your field. Your tasks include administering medication and sharing related knowledge within the unit. You support and maintain our clients' functional capacity and overall well-being, participate in basic care/guidance, and handle reporting. Your days may vary greatly, including onboarding and medication administration, supporting medication effectiveness, guiding the team in medication changes, participating in client guidance and meetings, monitoring health status, and organizing annual check-ups.
