Job Description
We are seeking a student assistant for our Legal Aid team at If, where you will be a key part of daily case handling. You will work independently on a variety of cases, mainly within the private sector, gaining insight into how legal disputes are managed within insurance coverage. Your tasks include case processing, legal assessment under supervision, client and lawyer communication, and handling legal aid applications. You will also be the first contact in the legal aid team via phone, providing guidance to clients, lawyers, and partners. The role involves working closely with colleagues, supporting team members during absences, and managing phone inquiries.
