Technical Property Maintenance Worker | Helsinki - Alltime Suomi Oy - Helsinki, Finland

We are seeking a skilled technical property maintenance worker for Alltime on a permanent full-time basis (37.5 hours/week) in Helsinki. As a technical property maintenance worker, you will be responsible for various property maintenance tasks. - Indoor and outdoor property upkeep - Maintenance and repair work - Maintenance and monitoring of technical systems Your worksite will be a large retail property, requiring an independent approach and responsibility. A valid B driver's license is essential for the role. We hope you can start as soon as possible. The salary for this position is in accordance with the Property Services Sector Collective Agreement, €15.50/hour, plus training allowance based on education. We expect you to have: - A professional or specialized qualification in property maintenance or building technology - At least two years of experience in property maintenance tasks - Initiative, confidence, and a responsible work attitude - Fluent Finnish language skills.
