Job Description
We are looking for a nurse interested in working with children and youth at the Vaahteramäki reception unit. The unit has 7 client places for children and youth placed urgently or as part of outpatient support. The nurse's duties include direct client work with children and youth, medication management, health assessments, and collaboration with healthcare providers. The nurse works as part of a multidisciplinary team including social workers, therapists, and a family therapist, with opportunities for independent work and teamwork. Experience with children and youth, social work, and familiarity with the Apotti system are valued. The role requires good communication skills, flexibility, resilience, and the ability to work under pressure. A driver's license and willingness to drive are advantageous. The position is permanent, starting 24.08.2026, full-time, with shift work focusing on daytime and evening hours. The salary is 3177.50 EUR/month plus experience-based supplements. The work is based in Vantaa, Finland.
