Would you like to work in an international winter work environment amidst the beautiful scenery of Lapland? We are looking for two safari workers for our client for the winter season. The work begins in November with a comprehensive orientation period, and the season is tentatively scheduled to last until early April. Previous experience in similar tasks is not necessary; the most important qualities are a proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and interest in outdoor work. As a safari worker, you will participate daily in maintaining the dog kennels and ensuring smooth safari operations. Your duties include feeding, watering, and caring for the dogs, cleaning the kennels, and guiding safaris together with other staff. You will work with both animals and international customers. We offer full-time work during the winter season, opportunity for additional and overtime hours during peak times, good onboarding, a dedicated contact person, reliable salary payments, and a €100 bonus for new employees. The working hours are 40 hours/week, primarily between 8 am and 6 pm, with abundant overtime during Christmas. Salary according to MaRa TES, considering previous experience. Requirements include fluent English and Finnish, proactive attitude, interest in animals, and teamwork ability. Snowmobile skills are a plus but can be taught. Experience with dog safaris is advantageous.
