We are now looking for a social and health care sector AMK degree graduate to a fixed-term position as a supervisor during parental leave (August 1, 2026 - February 28, 2027). The unit, Kasvunkoti Sampsa, offers a safe and homely environment for seven children under 18, aged 8-16, with developmental disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorder. The supervisor will bring their professional expertise to the team, support the unit manager, and ensure high-quality customer experience. Work mainly during weekday mornings, with occasional evening and weekend shifts. Responsibilities include shift planning, care, guidance, and documentation, working closely with clients' families. Requirements include a social and health care sector AMK degree, registration with the Finnish National Supervisory Authority for Welfare and Health, or a nurse registration, a strong experience in child protection, readiness for three-shift work, good Finnish language skills, and experience with autism and developmental disabilities. The workplace is drug-free and smoke-free, with health and safety checks including vaccination. The role involves working in a team that values shared principles and a safe, respectful environment. We offer a salary in the G25E level (€2978.31-€3248.15 + shift allowances), a task-specific allowance of €250/month, a fixed-term challenging work allowance of €150, and various benefits including sports, culture, health insurance, and opportunities for career development.
