Job Description As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of three restaurants at Santa Claus Holiday Village. You will lead the restaurant operations with goal-oriented focus and develop activities in collaboration with the head chef and restaurant managers. You will be responsible for sales, profitability, customer and staff experience development, and the smooth daily operation of the restaurants. You will support supervisors, coach teams to succeed, and translate strategic goals into practical actions. The position is full-time and permanent.
