Internal Site Manager - Eezy Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy - Helsinki, Finland

We are looking for an Internal Site Manager for our client in an interesting construction environment in Helsinki. Your duties include monitoring the amount of transferred materials relative to installation needs and taking corrective actions for future quantities, if necessary, together with the logistics coordinator, the main contractor's representative, and the subcontractor. Additionally, you will monitor the material reporting (NPL) of logistics contractors, plan transfer routes, and conduct inspections. Employment is via a staffing agency relationship through Eezy, and the work is initially fixed-term. The start date is in early August, and the estimated duration is until the end of 2026, after which there is a possibility of employment in our client company's new project. Daily working hours are weekdays 7:00–15:30. We expect from you: - at least 5 years of experience in site management roles - initiative, ability to work under pressure, and self-management skills - good IT skills - good negotiation and customer service skills - a valid occupational safety card A background in construction technology as well as experience from large sites, paced projects, and/or alliance projects is considered an advantage.
