Team Leader, Industry & Energy Plant Engineering - SWECO - Helsinki, Finland

Are you experienced in leadership and industrial projects? Interested in leading a highly skilled team and working on diverse projects at the forefront of the energy transition? We are looking for a team leader in Kajaani to build an inspiring team culture and support staff in achieving common goals. The team belongs to the Industry and Energy sector, Plant Engineering business unit. You will act as a senior supervisor for about 10-15 design specialists, responsible for team results, budget, resource planning, and bid and sales work. Your key task is to create a safe environment where everyone can succeed; support, recognize strengths, and utilize each person's potential in various industrial projects. You will also participate actively in projects and work closely with clients. Your strong local knowledge of Kajaani and Northern Finland industrial clients will help you succeed. The work is independent but not lonely. As a team leader, you will travel and network extensively in Northern Finland and collaborate with Sweco experts across Finland. You will receive full support from your supervisor and skilled colleagues nationwide. We have a comfortable office in Kajaani. We work in a hybrid model, combining office and remote work flexibly.
