Your role will focus on welding, with preparatory work handled by the company, allowing you to perform more advanced tasks. Occasionally, you will also participate in small-scale manufacturing and assembly to complete products. You will work independently based on drawings to achieve high-quality results. Materials may vary, and you will utilize your experience with steel and possibly stainless steel. Tasks may also include assembly and quality assurance aspects, although the company has a separate inspection department. **Who is our ideal MIG/MAG welder?** We require experience in MIG or MAG welding and working with various metals. The ability to read and interpret technical drawings is important. We value proactive and quality-oriented work attitudes, and adaptability to changing tasks is considered a strong advantage.
