Hello, you who are experienced in daily goods retail or interested in it! We are now looking for retail employees for stores in the daily goods retail sector in the Turku area. As a salesperson, you play a crucial role in creating the customer shopping experience – you may be the only contact the customer has in the store. Your tasks include cashier duties, advising and serving customers, unloading deliveries, and displaying products. You will work in a busy, diverse environment with varied tasks and have the opportunity to meet many new colleagues. The employment is on-call as needed, with hours offered according to store requirements. Shifts are usually announced with short notice, often on the same day. The job is suitable for someone who can plan their schedule and accept different shifts flexibly. Work begins as soon as suitable candidates are found. The salary is based on the retail sector collective agreement, ranging from €12.81 to €14.57 per hour, depending on previous experience and education. The employment contract is between the employee and StaffPoint. You are suitable for this job if: - You are customer service-oriented and get along with different people - You are reliable, proactive, and initiative-taking - You can adapt to shifts flexibly, even on short notice - You are at least 18 years old and speak fluent Finnish Additional advantage if you have experience with S- or K-kassa.
