Job Description
You will manage the downstream operations, focusing on the interface between Malaysia warehouses (internal and external) and Customer Service to ensure seamless delivery execution. Your responsibilities include managing daily order processing for dispatch planning, maintaining Work Order processing, coordinating WIP transfer, ensuring timely delivery from third-party warehouses, coordinating dropshipments, monitoring delivery schedules, managing backorders, tracking goods returns, coordinating scheduled shipment dates, and generating reports to track operational efficiency. The role requires a diploma or bachelor’s degree, 2-3 years experience in supply chain planning or customer service, and good communication skills. The position is full-time at Avery Dennison, a global materials science company.
