Job Description
We offer a franchise opportunity for a property condition inspector or company to start operations across Finland under our well-known and visible business. The expertise areas include property condition inspections, annual inspections, PTS plans, moisture measurements, thermal imaging, area verification measurements, and indoor air measurements. We require construction industry education, such as construction engineer or construction foreman, and PKM training. Other education and language skills are considered an advantage. The job requires normal vision and smell senses, mobility, and a valid B-driver's license. You can be an experienced professional or a motivated beginner. Franchise areas are available across Finland.
