Construction Assistants and Construction Workers - Eezy Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy - Hanko, Finland

We are looking for motivated construction assistants and construction workers for our client's damage restoration project in Hanko. Rakennusliike Kemppe is the main contractor responsible for the project's implementation. The employment contract is concluded through Eezy Henkilöstöpalvelut. According to preliminary estimates, work begins in the second week of August, and the need for workers varies during different phases of the project. This is a fixed-term site offering several opportunities for various construction professionals. Success in the role For construction assistants, the most important things are a positive attitude, diligence, and readiness for physical work. Tasks consist of diverse assisting construction work at different stages of the site. From construction workers, we expect previous experience in practical construction work, such as carpentry or painting. We value initiative, thoroughness, and the ability to work independently and as part of a site team. What we expect from you - A valid occupational safety card (työturvallisuuskortti) and Valtti card - Good work attitude and reliability - Readiness to work in varying construction site tasks - For construction assistants: motivation to learn new things and take on diverse assisting tasks - For construction workers: experience in practical construction work, such as carpentry or painting What we offer - Salary according to the construction industry collective agreement - Professional supervision and support from Eezy Henkilöstöpalvelut throughout the employment - Opportunity to start work quickly - If necessary, assistance in arranging accommodation for workers coming from outside the locality.
